What a DISAPPOINTMENT you turned out to be!

As a customer that changed from Capitec to Nedbank ONLY two months ago, lets just say I am SHOCKED (*putting it mildly) in the PATHETIC service I received, from the Call Centre of NEDBANK. Switching my D/Orders was a nightmare, cause firstly I had to do the running around myself, secondly, as a professional person, needless to say this is NOT an EASY feat. With the latter resulting in some of my debit orders not being switched in time... returned debit orders, me having to make manual payments, payment arrangements, and them STILL getting it wrong! This month they ERRORNEOUSLY DOUBLE DEBITED my account, imagine my FRUSTRATION when I was told by the Call Centre that I had to wait 48hrs for my money to be reversed BACK into my account! IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF TECHNOLOGY this is UNBELIEVABLE! Keeping in mind that there are OTHER debit orders that are supposed to go off my account... now ME (NEW CUSTOMER) being in the RED with my new bank, as my account is sitting in a negative balance, my credit score dropped, UNPAID R/D charges raised on my account, I ASK YOU NEDBANK who will take resposibility of this situation, TURN this into a POSITIVE experience, and RESTORE my faith in this brand?
