I would like to thank the staff of Capitec bank in Postmasburg for the best service i have ever recieved at a bank.
After i switched to Capitec from Fnb i applied for a loan to buy a second hand vehicle they told me my loan has been approved while i was in the bank and the money was available immediatly in my account. after i lost my job due to illness i went to ask about the insurance on the loan and if it covered disability unfortunatly it did not however the helped me make pre-payments on the loan so that if i should not recieve money on a month it would be covered by the pre-payment even though i do still sometimes get money into my account they do pull a debit order on my account sparring the pre-payments i made for rainy days.
