On my not signed for account

Applied for an Guess VIP account at Guess East Rand Mall in December 2012.Found out in the mean time that the Guess acc is supported by the RCS Group, in knowing the RCS group very well as a company you do not want anything to do with least of all have a acc with them. RCS phoned me in Jan 2013 telling me my card is ready for collection at the Guess store in the ERM i immediately told them i do not want the acc they can cancel and close it i will not be collecting it. On 11 March 2013 a guy from RCS Group phoned me (Marcell) asked if i was purchasing anything on my account i told him i applied for an account but canceled it and never collected the card. After a few phone calls i was told they could see i did not sign for my card and that someone from the Guess store used my card/account and purchased on it and that they were in custody and an investigation was to follow and i had to get an affidavit stating my case with all documentation. In March i received a billing statement and that there were purchases made 15th Feb and the 7th of March and that i owed R 4382.90.Phoned RCS explained everything sent all docs again. Being handed to the credit bureaux sent all docs again to RCS.
