Unhappy with service being a client for over 15 y

My car had to go to the panel beaters and I pay for a courtesy car, i was not happy with the cortesy car, it took them 2 days to get me another car, then i got told we found a car for you but cannot deliverit you must go pick it up yourself, they called me several times just to tell me that.

there was no explanation of how it works or what is going to happen as i still have the current courtsey car, and I have just paid a deposit on that???

where is the bending backwards for the client???
