I HAD A STORM DAMAGE ON THE 18 DECEMBER 2012 AND TIL TODAY 11 MARCH 2013 THE CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THE SERVICE FROM THE CALL CENTRE AGENT IS SO APPAULING I BEG TO ONDER WHAT CRITERIA IS USED BY STANDARD BANK WHEN THEY EMPLOY THERE STAFF. BEING PRIVATE BANKERS WITH STANDARD BANK YOU WOUD EXPECT SOME LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK BUT UNFORTUNATLEY FOR PAYING CLIENTS STANDARD BANK THINKS THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR WHEN THERE IS A CLAIM. I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THIS COMPLAINT RECHES THE RIGHT PERSON SO THAT THE APPROPRIATE ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT MEETED OUT TO AGAIN.
