I have written in before but the complaint seems to have disappeared. I would like to know why Nedbank sent me a summons after I made arrangements with them to pay by a certain date, which I did, and in fact the summons was sent after I paid. To contact someone to assist is almost impossible as I was sent from pillar to post even having to phone Pretoria who then said I was to phone someone in Boksburg.

In addition to the above Nedbank insurance was contacted in January and they responded in March to let us know that they would not be paying for the roof leak which they paid for before, and for which they deny having done so. Strange because I have only worked through Nedbank since 1990.

I would like someone to contact me and also would like an apology. Not that Nedbank would miss me as a client but I guess its time to look at another bank after around 23 years.
