Nedbank claim prescribed

I studied at univ of Pretoria 1991 to 1995, with univ loan. I then contuened with my LLB degree. 2003 or 2004 a person from Nedbank phoned me and informed me that the UP loans have been taken over by Nedbank. This person then informed me that the contract etc will be forwarded to me. After 6 months of not receiving anything I contacted Nedbank. They had no knowledge of such loan. In 2006 I received letter from Krynauw Att representing Nedbank claiming I owed nedbank R 80 000 plus. I handed matter to my att G.Nel. We submitted that the claim has prescribed. Krynauw att wrote back on 18 Sept 2006 confirming this and account will be closed. 7 years later, March 2012, I received message per sms that Nedbank got a judgement (case no 111147/05) against me. I received no notice or summons. Then for the last 10 months I have been in contact with Nedbank legal dept. Every time I had to speak to someone else. Myself as well as my arrorney forwarded said correspondence of 2006 numerous times. No response. My ref at nedbank complaint 461666. Nedbank dont even have my acc as quoted by them on system.
