Submitted my claim on 14th of Feb and provided all required documentation by the 15th, the followed up with Katlego to ensure that he received all the documents. On the 20th i got a call and was told my claim is approved and the car is taken to the panel beaters, 2 days later i got panel beater s details and called to follow up and pay excess, they gave me the run arrounf after 3 working days they say they don't have my car, i call katlego and 30 minutes later iget a call from panel beater saying they just received notification to fetch my car, i then spoke to Monique as my rental was expiring and it was their fault that they sat on my claim.she promised to extend the renal. The day before i was supposed to return the rental car i get an sms saying extension is cancelled, i call her back and we argued, i ended up speaking to her boss who extended the rental by a day.then i go to fetch my car from incompetent and rude suppliers of theirs.this was just aq bad claims experience for me and i am soooo disappointed in miway
