My car was in for panel beating. Katlego organised everything and took the worry out of my hands. He organised a rental car and all I had to do was pick it up. The repairs took a while. The part had to be sourced from overseas since I have an unusual car. What could have been a painful experience, was made pleasant by Katlego's constant feedback and timely updates. He actually updated me before the panel beater did and made things very easy for me. The panel beater actually forgot to let me know that my car was ready, but thanks to Katlego, I was at the panel beater's in time for me to just pick up my car and go. Thanks Katlego, it is good to know there is still good service out there!!
