On the 2nd of September 2013 i was involved with an accident. i phoned integrisure and they processed my claim. my car was picked up and taken to a panel beater that they provided. i was told that a courtasy car would be delivered to me. at 4:45 pm i was contacted by avis saying that i need to pick the car from them in 15 minutes or they will close.i contacted integrisure and was told that they will phone me back (a call i am still waiting for by the way). i sat and waited till 7 pm when i was able to hire a taxi to take me to another branch in order to get the car. i never recieved any feed back to the mess up that Integrisure made.30 days later and the panal beater that integrisure deals with did not deleiver my car. and i have to return my rental car back to avis. i contacted Integrisure and was told that if they extend my rental i would have to pay the difference and they are not wiling to spend money for my car rental. How must i get to work now? and why is my car not ready after 30 days? why should i have to pay for car rental when its not my fault that the car isnt ready?
