Unsympathetic Rude Service

In September of 2012 I was diagnosed with a life threatening life lung condition. I went to the bank to show them that I could not afford the monthly payments of my loan account due to the fact that I had to pay over R2000 per month in medication. This was shown to my manager at Stellenbosch namely Riccardo. He then phoned JHB and spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato and Chanell. An arrangement was made of R250.00 per month and I was under the impression that payments would be made at the end of October, November and December. In the meantime my partnet had lost her job and I was struggling to keep up with everything on R7500 nett per month.
In December I received a phone call from the legal department in Johannesburg of FNB by a lady of the name Patricia. She was extremely rude and told me that I received a salary and that I had to pay. I tried to tell her that I would make a payment of R500.00 and she told me that that was unacceptable. The next day R1800.00 was taken from my salary that almost left me destitute. I spoke to Mr Gerard Smith who accused me of shouting at him and I told him that I was not shouting. (too little space rest to follow)
