I lost my job last year October and before then i never missed one payment on this contract, and dec i made a payment of over R1000.00, i have been in contact with them and explained my problem to them many times, yet they so rude about it, and dont want to help a person, i made payments like i had money, now my account is with legal, so i phoned legal and spoke to Musa, told him im paying R800.00 by end of week, and asked if i can pay R250 from the 14 Dec onward every weekend on the acc, and told me someone will phone me to make arrangement! well that was 20/11, i have in meantime made the payment of the R800.00 and found out today its not reflecting, so i must send the slip which i dont have as my brother paid it! but still no one have phoned me, but they very quick to sms and phone for they're money! Cant wait till march 2014 to cancel this stupid contract! will never deal with them again!
