A client of Zurich (Through a broker) rear ended my car early January. Claim was submitted to Zurich on 23 January. They acknowledged it on the 24th.
I eventually received feedback on 7 Feb after numerous e-mails and a phone call or 2. I was asked to submit further documents, as Trustco is outsourced to handle 3rd party claims. I submitted documents on 11 Feb to Zurich via the broker.
On the 28th I managed to find out that Elisa is working with this claim. I tried calling and sent 3 e-mails already. I have not heard anything yet.

If I look at other complaints against Trustco, on this site, seems that "Lack of feedback" is part of their mission statement.
