Temporary loan option still not available

After my first complaint with regards to delay in personal loan, I have decided to take a temporary loan instead. I have called in, and I was told that temporary loans are determined by the system and will take some time to reset. It is now five days later and still no option to take a temporary loan. Never once have I failed with repayment of my temporary loans before. Yet nobody can assist me to make one final temporary loan. It has been 31 days since my last one, which I paid in full. This is obviously a dire straits situation. I don't feel the need to explain my circumstances any further, but I would like to state that FNB has never let me down before, and I have encouraged a lot of people to switch over.
Could somebody please remind me why I prefer to bank with FNB.
