Temporary Loan

I tooked out temporary loans 15 times before repaid each one of them on time, but now im unable to get a temporary loan because the scoring system will apparently only score me on the 22 June again. Thats what i was told by a consultant when i phoned them. But why arent they able to do a manual scoring and help their clients.
