OUTSURANCE fails miserably at Client Service

I recently made a claim for the first time in my life. My car was on 21 Dec 2012 from Muizenberg. The service I have received from Outsurance has been appauling. I was first told that my vehicle was recovered and would be repaired for a cost of R10 137 (which would have been covered by my insurer); and then I was told it was written off (cost to repair more than the value of the car.) Outsurance refused to provide me with a detailed report on the damages to the car. Their consultant I dealt with, the junior and senior managers have displayed ZERO interest in my case what so ever. 3 weeks later, my claim is still NO WHERE. 3 emails and phone calls later in the past few days- and still no one has bothered to get back to me. I am cancelling my policy immediately. They SERIOUSLY need to spend more money on training their staff about client service, and LESS MONEY on advertising!!!
