All I want is a settlement lette

So... I call 012 317 0000 to get a settlement letter on my credit card. The ditsy girl who answered the phone tells me to call 0861 01 8887 which I do, only to find the bleeding number doesn't exist. Now I must use my money to call back (and hold on for ages) only to possibly be given another incorrect number by yet another incompetent. Thanks for nothing Absa!
