BAD ATTITUDE AND FALSE PROMISES

I tried several times for cheaper quote from outsurance and now when they can beat your current insurance they treat you like rubbish (for a better word). You have to ask and beg to follow up on the R400 promise they make and advertise. When Hennie eventually calls you he for the refund he has a stinking attitude and ignores your emails to request to speak to a manager!! What they dont tell you is that you have to wait 45 days for the R400 they promise. First its 8 to 30 days then when they eventually call you - Hennie tells you its another 5 to 15 working days - never mind me raising my unhappyness.

So imagine when you insure with them what treatment you will get!!! Still no response from Hennie and NO R400 - BEWARE!!!
