Outsurance
R400 promised. Not a single word heard

So last week I called into Outsurance seeing if they could beat my current car and household insurance. Spoke to a guy by the name of Karabo and unfortunately he could not beat the quote. I spoke to him about the R400 Outsurance promise and he said provided I supply my current insurance policy I will be reimbursed R400. He would send me an email that I needed to complete for the reimbursement to happen. HAHAHA this still hasnt happen. What a PROMISE. A promise that isnt being fulfilled. Not even a peep has been heard, and I have my emails open all the time waiting on this. Where is my R400 that was advertised. So far Outsurance not meeting their promise
