Hi,
Logging complaint on behalf of my friend. She had an accident and is still without a vehicle... almost going on 4 mnths... ridiculous!!!
One would of thought they may have assisted her with a courtisy vehicle owing to the longevity of the repairs...
They have now lost a client owing to terrible service... cant understand why they could not source a different panel beater for that mattter... make a plan first for woman... you guys are messing up.
Minimal follow up... bad service... seem very reluctant to keeps their clients happy... good way for HIPPO to send a quote thro for other insurer...
