Please change my debit date

Good day! I have taken my car for inspection four times now already in the last 5 months. It happens everytime because you debit me on the wrong date. Yesterday I received a sms saying that the debit order was rejected??

My salary gets paid into my account on the 15th of each month. Please debit me on the 15th.
Just last week I took both my Volvo and the Golf for an inspection because the debit order didn't go through.

Can you please assist and also confirm that I don't have to go for another inspection??
