My vehicle was dispatched from the accident scene on 03 October 2013, and allocated to an inferior panel beater, as it was approved and recommended by Miyway, as I am not sure about their existence on the industry. However, on 28 October they confimed that I will received my vehicle on 1 November, but no I haven't received it. On 1 November, they told me I will receive it on 4 November, no even now they come up with stories. I have been making follow ups for nothing, without taking into account that I am using my money for all the calls. The vehicle has been on Miway's possession for more than a month without any progress. The only thing I get is pictures and misleading sms's from them. I want my car, not picture nor any sms from your guys. I even paid a full premim hence the vehicle is not with me, in case of that who is insued me or your inferiror panel beater? When comes to premium collection you don't forget, but when comes to the client's assistance these a go slow. I have never thought that I will end up getting such a service from Miyways with their friends or outsource clients. I want my vehicle today, I am tired of their stories.
