Issue regarding phone insurance

I took a smartphone and when i called FNB to claim as i was mugged i found out that my name was not sent to the insurance department and now ihave to wait for FNB to investigate, i am so fedup with the treatment i got from FNB interms of my deviice and i really dont care if they are investigating or not as i cannot wait for the investigation as clearly someone did not do his/her job and i want to claim
i am so of as it is now clear that FNB only hires incompetent people
and when i send an email to Nothando Madlabane she does not respond on time then you call that service
