Return of the NEDBANK

Nedbank Penny lane branch in Midrand... Please bring Back Colin Kruger he is sorely missed previous Business Manager.
I asked to speak to whoever had replaced Colin as he had done my previous business car loan and had stood out with his positive and friendly attitude. It seems Penny Lane no longer has a business manager I was advised to go to the Carleswarld Nedband which I did.
After filling in the form which is supposed to notify the relevant staff why I am sat there waiting ie for a buisness car loan in the region of quite a bit!!!
Twenty Minutes later a very nice lady called my name out. I informed her that I was waiting for the buiness manager for above cited reasons.
The nice lady informed me that said person was not in the branch. I then in annoyance asked to speak to the branch manager to be informed that they also were not in the branch today. When I suggested that they place a notIce to notify customers who is available so we don't sit there waiting for people NOT IN SHOP- she found my suggestion very amusing she did apologise fair play but its still SLACK and not the only time I had issue with this branch dont lend me then NEDBANK PLENTY WILL.
