Hi my name is LG Buthelezi policy no:6322103 i spoke to 1 of the consultant regarding the sms that i received about the debit order that has bounced but i did manage to do the manual payment on the 04/03/2013 now the lady told me that the policy has lapsed since i didnt fax the deposit slip and she said i must just forget about the policy since they dont have to go through their banking statement the ref no for the call is 178645979.please can someone call me and explain im very dissapointed with hollard the way they treat us ive been having this policy for the past 8years and this is what i get from hollard with unhelpfull consultant im very angry with what is happen knowing that i did pay.she even told me that i wont get my money because of my stupidity of depositing money and not faxing the deposit slip.please can some 1 escalate this problem because i need this policy 0835710146
