Poor customer service

When i joined the legal id i was not told that i need to submit a claim for legal matters for thing after the joining dated. I bought a house and i gave the residents 3 month notice in verbal. I am very disappointed with the service that i am getting from my insurance. I have been with them for more than 9 years. I need the legal team to assist with eviction order. I was told that i bought the house before joining Legal id.
