No time and no services given

We joined the Scorpion Legal Protection company over 2 years ago, pay our monthly fee and get no services wht so ever, 1st we needed help with a case of our home being sold with out our consent and went to this company for help, that was 2 years ago ans still nothings been done, then this past thursday we went in for assistance with an eviction notice for our land lord and was in need as it was urgent and had a hole lot of legal terms in as it was sent to us by a lawyer, we were at there offices and was told to fone in and make an appointment, so we did just that, the lady at reception told us we must wait till the 12th of Feb before a consultent could see us, I advise that it was rather urgent and asked for a date that was sooner, she was rude and this said she can fit me in at 3pm friday the 1st of Feb, this call was made well standing out side there building, pathetic, as she could have told us that right then. Further more, friday we get there at 3pm as per the appointment and waited an hour well being told that they not sure when a consultent can assist, and after a rant and rave, a man that said he was the manger came took copys of the doc and still no HELP!
