Unacceptable service from clientele legal

There is just no response from these people, I have sent mails almost everyday for more than the past month to clientele legal to sort out a refund owed to me since last year, they do not correspond via email or in any way for that matter. I dread the day I actually need their services... poor service to paying clients is a understatement! there is no service! I would like to be contacted and have my issue sorted ASAP. I'm considering taking my issue to the ombudsman, I'm sure they will force clientele to sort this out
