Almost a year and no payout!!!

My mother has put in a claim since the beginning of April last year when she left her old employment. First we waited for months after her old employer put in a claim, until she visited the Pretoria office where she was told her docs were incomplete. After which we faxed new ones, we waited further until recently in Jan she visited the head office in Johannesburg. She was told to wait 3 weeks for the payout. The reason she was given for having not being paid yet was because the person in charge of her claim resigned. I placed a call on 27/02/2013 and was told the hold up was due to SARS needing to confirm how much the payout should be and my mother will be called with feedback the day after. Its been 6 days so far and no call yet. I do not understand why we never receive feedback and constantly have to call, and deal with rude staff by the way. Please pay my mother, the money can go a long way in assisting with the expenses it was planned for including my postgraduate studies.
