POLICY PAYOUT DELAY

So my Policy was supposedly going to payout 3 months ago. I was advised first that it would payout in April, when I went to inquire I was told it will payout in May, as May is nearing the end I went to inquire again, then I was told it will only payout in June. This has caused severe difficulties for me. Now I'm not sure in this policy will ever payout as date for payment keeps getting moved forward. I have paid my premiums without fail and I'm appalled by this kind of treatment that I'm getting. Please make up your mind and confirm with finality when I will receive my payout!!! Next step ombudsman.
