NO PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT FOR 8 MONTHS NOW

I resigned on the 27th of December 2012, i was advised by my company at the time a agent from Alexander Forbes would contact me with regards to my provident fund pay out. I was called by a Alexander Forbes agent and gave her the relevant information, i was informed i should receive my pay out with 4 - 6 weeks but no longer then 6 months of my claim, I then received a text saying my tax was declined and i would need to contact sars, i went into sars cape town and was told that my tax number and id number correspond with that on their system and that they don't see what reason my tax was declined, i have since called Alexander Forbes back several times to tell them this information and reapplied for tax 3 times yet it still gets declined, i have gone to sars on several occasions to be told the same information, it has now been more then 8 months i have been waiting for this provident fund payout, and i have had no response from Alexander Forbes or as to what is going wrong or where my payout or the status of the payout is. I feel that Alexander Forbes is incompetent of following up and liaising with their customers and wait for the customers to call them before anything gets done!
