My husband received a letter from MIBSA regarding backpay of benefits to him.
The value is 1268.95 interest. After numerous copies of the necessary documentation send to them by post and handed in at their offices.
There is still no answer to when my husband can expect the back payment.
The answer is always the same it is in the system.
Please help!!!
