My mother is a pensioner and tried to get hold of their absa. Life to enquire about her funeral policy as she is taking care of her finances as she was diagnosed with cancer she bought airtime for her landline the no that was given to her says that there are no consultants available she must hang on until her airtime is up she is a pensioner and she feels that the service is poor and what will happen when she is gone and we as her children try to contact the call centre can somebody respond to he
