MIBFA
MIBFA DELAY PAYMENT!!!

Mr Danster received a letter on 30 April 2012 which states that he qualify for a surplus on his Pension Fund (MIBFA).

The department requested financial statements which we send to them on several occasions.

Now they delay the refund to us and every time that we enquire they have different people telling us that we need to send our financial statements.

According to us, all statements have been handed in already and they need to refund us now.

Please help us to sort this out. All the other employees that we know received payment already.
