After ordering a blackberry device, i did all the steps and was under the impression everything is okay, then i had 3 consultants phoning me in a 5 day period asking me the same question and i gave them they same answer. in other words due to lack of communication on their system they delayed their work. now because of a mistake on their side, i have to wait longer to receive my device. this is unacceptable and very poor service. im really starting to regret switching to FNB as they take so long to get anything done.
