I recently switched to FNB with hope that things would be easier as advertised and the other reason was to get a device. I ordered my device and i have been waiting for it for almost a month now and apparently its because i just moved recently. Didnt they say switch today and order?? Every consultant has a different story to tell and i ask myself if they work for the same bank, if they have different systems that they are looking at. The last consultant i spoke to had no idea that my account has been activated already and i am sending and receiving money from it, had no idea that i ordered a device, had no idea about NOTHING at all. I regret switching right now
