Applied 31 January 2013 for an extension on existing home loan granted 6 years ago. I more than qualify but work for myself offering a community service. I have repeatedly submitted documents and bank statements proving income and have phoned the branch on numerous occasions but are not getting a reasonable oppertunity. The agents are friendly and helpful but it stops there. The next level are not communicating and scrutinising the info properly. I still do not have an acceptable reason why it has not been approved.
