I have posted 3 Hello Peter complaints already and my issue is still not resolved. I am getting very fed-up with this now. I had an insurance claim over 3 and a half months ago and I'm still waiting for repairs to be completed. Over the weekend only, Band B contractors, eventually came to replace my front door which had issues before of being bend (so much for their quality control). Now, they have damaged some floor tiles and bricks, and I'm waiting again. I have not heard anything from Standard Bank regarding this. They just don't let me know what's going on and I have to keep phoning them. Surely when Standard Bank Insurance came out to assess they would have made provision for this and the contractors would have made plans to get the tiles and bricks even before they started. I don't want to speak to another call center agent. I want to speak to a manager or director, because this is ridiculous. I work for Standard Bank, and I'm embarrassed.
Somebody better give me a call very soon to resolve this. And, yes, I will be cancelling my policy with Standard Bank Insurance.
