I HAD A COMPLAINT ON THE 26 nOVEMBER 2012, WHICH I ADDED ON HELLO PETER, FNB RESPONDED ON THE SITE SAYING THEY WILL CONTACT ME I HAVE RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL TO DATE AND E-MAILS SAYING THAT THEY WILL CALL AND ASSIST NOTHING ET. NCUBE RESPONDS TO ALL COMPLAINTS BUT NEVER FOLLOWS UP. I HAVE PROOF VIA E-MAIL WHERE THEY CONFIRMED ONE FIGURE WITH REGARDS TO A LOAN AND TEIR SYSTEM SAY AN AMOUNT THATS NEARLY DOUBLED.
