I applied for an ipad 2 on the Fnb Online banking and then decided to change it a few days later to an Ipad 3 which was done on the 6th December and i waited for delivery nothing happened i kept on calling the call center and spoke to a consultant that assured me that my application was being processed by their courier digital planet to my surprise two weeks later i got a call from a consultant telling me that the Ipad 3 is no longer available i should take the 4th generation and i that was the third week of december

being the patient person that i am i still waited and they still havent deliverd it to date, its been over a month i feel like i am not being treated as a valied customer fnb has no regard for my feelings and my time i have spent a lot of money calling and im still being given the run around for something i am going to pay for i have even considered closing all my accounts and moving elsewhere i am very frustrated and disappointed i really expected much more the only thing they keep on telling me is that i have been added to some priority list which has done absolutely nothing for me

i am very ..very upset... ITS THE WORST SERVICE EVER ;(
