NO ONE GETTING BACK TO ME

Last e-mail sent, I have also sent inquiries through their site, I get a response that they have received the e-mail but no one has ever contacted me... if they have I have stated not to phone my cell and to e-mail me...

I am unable to answer my phone at work and I cannot stay on the phone with personal calls either as i work in a call centre myself.
Please can someone communicate with me via e-mail.

I got a loan through Direct Axis over a year ago, my last payment was November 2012, so i have no arrears.
I then started receiving letters in the post saying that your company was offering me a R4750 loan.
I then called and did the online application for a R4000 loan.
A day or two later I got an sms saying that my application has been rejected and are not able to assist me at this time.
I then queried it and I have not had a clear answer R4000 loan application was rejected.

My question is... why would your company offer me a R4750 loan... but reject my request for a R4000 loan
