I have had 2 previous bad experiences with anwar and as a result closed 2 accounts with the bank already. Anwar has a very bad attitute, very rude and very unhelpful . as he is the first person you see or meet when you arrive at the bank he is the face of albaraka. thats a vey bad impression . he needs to get some training on customer service . you will loose many more customers if this guy is left at customer service . maybe u should do a survey and see how many people have had a bad experience with him . i will definatley not recommend your bank to anyone due to this type of service
