Standard Bank, seriously why.

- Incident 1: Changed bank accounts in order to save money.
End of the month my debit order bounced as I failed to put enough money into the reserve account. I immediately went to the bank, paid the monies and explained to customer services what the issue was, I was then told to change the details to my partners bank, where my salary is paid into. Done... or so I thought

-2: The account Invalid, month end I received a call to say payment has not been made. I explained the previous story and so the person and myself resolved a new plan - I'll do a EFT on the day I receive my statement for the month.

-3: Today, I spoke to a rather rude lady, I requested the notes on my profile to be given to me, to only find out that there are none, even after numerous conversations with other Standard Bank employees. I requested my statement and was told i should call them to ask for balance dew monthly, I believe that it is unprofessional to blame clients for this, as they should provide me with my statement.
I believe as a service provider they should make sure clients are happy and understand fully what's happening.

I would like to speak to a superior face to face
