I cant withdraw the balance money in my account

My account shows that i have R645 in my account, but available balance is R126 how is this possible, this is the second month its happening to me, i cant withdraw R500 from my account, i cant understand why i cant withdraw my own money. may be i should follow those who have switched to FNB, I cant have this every month happening to me.
