Total Rip Off

I filed for a claim as I had water leaking through the wall in my house on 15 July 2013. I duly completed and returned the forms emailed to me by them as well as Plumworld. The assessor and later one of the staff from Plumworld was sent to have a look at the problem. I have telephoned and emailed Alexander Forbes several times over the past 2 1/2 months and have been told by Jakkie on 28.8.2013 that "it's in the post" haven't we all heard that one before. All correspondence and policy docs have been received via email. All I have received are excuses and to date nothing has been resolved, and no one from Alexander Forbes has had the courtesy to advise me of the outcome. They are quick to increase your premiums and take your money but when you have a problem, sorry for you. My premiums were increased even though I have not had one anniversary of insurance with them yet. Come on Alexander Forbes you advertise over the radio all the time saying how wonderful you are. Please have the courtesy to come back to me. If you don't want my business say so.
