After waiting 1 hour to be assisted not only did Muzi, one of the tellers tell me to go wait another 10 minutes to be assisted by one of the bulk tellers. One who's name i have forgotten but his attitude stinks! He told me to he needs the amount and my names as they are in my ID. Which I fully agree do not dispute. I just wish they knew that by assisting me they are not extending a mere favour. Then i went and spoke to the manager (Lorna) who then was highly patronising and condenscending to say the least. She was very unhelpful as always given that this is not my first complait about Absa's lack of service. They need to get a floor manager and stop sitting in ther offices discussing the weekend. Then there was this Patience Baloyi who kept on interjecting into my fraustration with her crass attitude and comments. My tolerance is running very very thin with ABSA! they need to shape up bad service is a BIG NO NO!
