OUTSURANCE WONT ALLOW MY CLAIM

Two Years ago i was in a shopping mall, reversing into my parking area, with my flicker on indicating my turn, when a car reversed out of their space into my car. He never checked his rear view mirror when reversing. His mother promised to let my submit a claim against thier insurance as it was her car he was driving. It turns out that we were both at outsurance.

The man admitted the facts and confirmed under oath at the police station what happened.

When placing the claim in, Outsurance informed me that the mother told them another story and they have decided to not pay my claim. I had insisted Outsurance to obtain the affidavit at the Police Station because the Police Station refused to hand it to me but only to the insurance company; but Outsurance legal department refused.

They also confirmed that nothing will change their decision even if the other party admits guilt.

I have been paying a premium of almost R500.00 and have not been able to fix my car, i have been up to date driving around in a car whose car door has been smashed in.
