Bulk tellers are always busy or never available!!

Whenever I Bank at Absa in Potchefsrtroom the one in Walter Sisulu street, the bulk tellers are never available! You see the problem is not standing in the "long queues"(due to lack of staff tellers) but the problem comes about when you bank large amounts cash and the whole world in the queue just looks at you? Get the point? its dangerous and not safe "people watch you"..what is the point of having bulk tellers anyway, at this branch there's like a door to enter the bulk section with a bell, what happens?? You stand there ringing that bell and than finally realise o yes this is actually the door leading to the graveyard..cum-on Absa its not that difficult getting one or two extra tellers helping at the bulk section, privacy and safety is all we ask for..posting this on behalf of my self and many others in the Potchefstroom community..tnxx
