General telers at FnB Lambton display bad attitude

Arrived at the Bank at 13:56pm. Sat for 10 minutes on the seats and noticed that the que was not moving.
Asked the tellers and they look once and ignore, providing comments to the customer who was seated for assistance.

a minute later an employee came to me to explain that there is nothing they can do about the wait, the client before me in the que advised that he is waiting 25 minutes, the employee walks away saying the manager is not there and there is nothing they can do. (polite but unhelpful)

another lady appears after arranging the chairs at the vacant/unmanned tellers and advised that she is not the manager but advises that we have to wait for service as there is an abnormally long delay with a client already at the teller. (Also Polite but unhelpful)

The client then provides feedback to this employee that he is happy being assisted and had further comments to make... perhaps related to the comments that the teller first made to this client when I enquired about the que not moving.

I am dissapointed at these employees with bad/unhelpful attitude.
I will appreciate if this is addressed as I still have faith in the FnB brand.
