Callsure worst Insurance ever and by Hollard

I have had insurance with Callsure that is underwritten by Hollard Insurance for a couple years, I had my phone last year Aug and had to have it replaced, that was a story on its own but after 2 weeks I had a new phone. After the bad service I decided to end my insurance with account with them and went to someone that is allot more competent and much better prices, I have had problems with my replacement Blackberry from the start and decided now it is time to have it repaired seeing that any Blackberry comes with a 24 moth warranty, I aclled in today and after holding on for 20 min Hope finally answered, I explained my story and he asked me to hold on yet again, then he came back to me saying that he has now confirmed with his supervisor and I must take my phone to my service provider and they will repair it, I'm not an I worked for MTN for 4 years, my service provider is Cell C and the phone is a MTN phone, I know that Callsure gives the worst service in the world but is Hollard just going to stand by while they do this?? I want the invoice of my replacement phone so I can take it in for repairs and I want it in 48 Hours or I will go to my lawyer. Thankyou
